What happens if I cancel the monthly care plan?
Nothing scary. The site is yours from day one — code, design, domain, all of it. If you cancel, we hand over the files and help you move hosting wherever you like. No hostage-taking, ever.
How long until my site is live?
Starter sites typically launch in 1–2 weeks, Growth in about 3, Premium in 4–6 depending on complexity. You'll get an honest timeline in writing before anything starts — and you'll see real design work within the first few days, not after a month of silence.
Do I have to write the words for my website?
